Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, contractors, and vendors, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who visits our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage visitor logs and greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Monitor and manage access to the building and secure areas, issuing visitor badges and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Schedule and follow up on maintenance and repair requests.
  • Provide general office support, including keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy and well-maintained.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and functions.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar receptionist or front desk capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage one's time effectively to work on multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Google's suite of tools and other office applications such as Microsoft Office.
