Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at May hair. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth and efficient front office operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff.
- Front Office Administration: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication: Relay information, answer questions, and provide support to clients and staff as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 15 to 40 hours per week.
