Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer events.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer

Marriott International is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $86,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
