Job Summary

Laviva Healthcare Inc is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, arranging seminars and conferences, training staff, and recording meeting minutes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Train staff on various topics
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Access skills
  • Tight deadlines, attention to detail, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, and quick learner
Work Environment

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
