Laviva Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our management team by performing various administrative tasks.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, email management, and data entry;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation;
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations;
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience;
