About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ROWDY'S BAR. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
    • Supervise and support other administrative staff
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
    • Manage contracts and agreements
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Maintain and manage digital databases
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
    • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information
    • Prepare reports and presentations
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience
      • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
      • Permanent employment
      • Fluent in English
      • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
