Job Overview:
The Sales and Service Liaison will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely product information, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue.
- Process customer adjustments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze reports to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by working effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Provide world-class service to internal and external customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Multi-Tasking: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
