Aarav Consulting Inc. is a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead our office services team.

Job Description

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. This role will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, assist in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative or management position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive health care plan and other benefits.

Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week in a private sector setting. You will be required to travel occasionally and have a willingness to relocate.
