Job Title: Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at Casadee Montessori School in English.

Job Summary:

As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our school's policies and procedures.

- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

- Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Efficient interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

- Permanent position.

- 37.5 to 44 hours per week.
