Overview of the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as an Administration Officer at Aarwiz International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Environment

The Administration Officer will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to the team.

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with no option for remote work.
