This is a unique opportunity to work as an Administration Officer at Aarwiz International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities• Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work EnvironmentThe Administration Officer will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to the team.
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with no option for remote work.
