As a Bilingual Coordinator, Public Affairs, you will play a key role in supporting our Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) team in achieving our vision to be at the forefront of how bottlers build and manage their reputations globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of PAC activities, cross-functional teams, and communications agency projects.
- Manage and publish content on internal and external corporate communications channels and platforms, including social media and internal channels.
- Monitor and track internal and external statistics and analytics to support plans and content calendar.
- Update mySource, Coca-Cola Canada's intranet, as necessary.
- Coordinate support for Senior Leaders Meetings, Town Halls, and the annual senior leadership meeting.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, with a focus on communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Stream.
- Experience using marketing-based email tools and online video content systems.
- Proven work experience in maintaining and updating internet and intranet applications.
- Ability to maintain strict self-time management while managing multiple priorities.
