Our Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) team aims to be at the forefront of how bottlers build and manage their reputations globally. Our goal is to build and enhance our social license to operate by sharing the Coca-Cola Canada story internally and externally in a relatable and sharable way.

The Bilingual PAC Coordinator will report into the Sr. Manager of Communications, providing support for Coca-Cola Canada's Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage workplans to ensure projects are executed on time, coordinating with cross-functional teams and our communications agency.
  • Execute and publish content on internal and external corporate communications channels and platforms, including English and French content.
  • Manage social media and internal channels, monitoring, tracking, and posting content via our corporate LinkedIn, Viva Engage, and tracking tools.
  • Update mySource, our intranet, and www.cokecanada.com as necessary, in English and French.
  • Compile and present statistics and analytics to support plans and content calendars.
  • Monitor and distribute general media tracking and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain the PAC team calendar, ensuring team adherence to an annual activity calendar.
  • Support Senior Leaders Meetings, Town Halls, and the annual Tanbridge Leadership Meeting.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, with a focus on communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Stream.
  • Experience using marketing-based email tools and online video content systems.
  • Proven work experience in maintaining and updating internet and intranet applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with employees across all levels of the organization.
