We are seeking a Bilingual Public Affairs Coordinator to support our PAC team in executing projects on time, managing cross-functional teams, and publishing content on internal and external corporate channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Developing and managing workplans to ensure project execution on time.
- Coordinating PAC activities, cross-functional teams, and communications agency efforts.
- Executing and publishing content on internal and external corporate channels, including social media and internal channels.
- Updating our intranet, mySource, with relevant information in both English and French.
- Monitoring and tracking internal and external statistics and analytics to support plans and content calendars.
- General media monitoring and tracking.
- Maintaining the PAC team calendar and ensuring team adherence to the annual activity calendar.
- Supporting Senior Leaders Meetings, Town Halls, and the annual Tanbridge Leadership Meeting.
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, with a focus on communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Stream.
- Experience using marketing-based email tools and online video content systems.
- Proven work experience in maintaining and updating internet and intranet applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
