Our Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) team is at the forefront of how bottlers build and manage their reputations globally. Our goal is to build and enhance our social license to operate by sharing the Coca-Cola Canada story internally and externally in a relatable way.

Responsibilities:

* Execute projects on time through rigorous workplan development and management, including coordination of PAC activities, cross-functional teams, and our communications agency.
* Publish content on internal and external corporate comms channels and platforms in English and French.
* Manage social media and internal channels, monitoring, tracking, and posting content.
* Update mySource, Coca-Cola Canada's intranet, as necessary, in English and French.
* Oversee internal and external statistics and analytics, compiling and presenting relevant data to support plans and content calendars.
* Monitor general media and track distribution.
* Develop and maintain the PAC team calendar, ensuring adherence to an annual activity calendar.
* Coordinate support for Senior Leaders Meetings, Town Halls, and the annual Tanbridge Leadership Meeting.

Qualifications:

* Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
* Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma, with a focus on communications.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Stream.
* Experience using marketing-based email tools and online video content systems.
* Proven work experience in maintaining and updating internet and intranet applications.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with employees across all levels of the organization.
