About the Opportunity

DoorDash USA is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Outside Account Management team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with merchant partners across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid incremental services to existing business owners to drive growth and revenue
  • Hold regular check-ins with merchants to discuss their performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize daily operational processes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Sales, to ensure seamless experiences for merchants using DoorDash's platform
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing sales or account management roles
  • Ability to empathize with customer needs, adapt to meet unique goals, and drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Google Sheets
What We Offer:
  • $95,000 - $110,000 annual salary, depending on experience
