We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GREAT LAKES DENTISTRY. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dental team and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and our dental team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete insurance and other claim forms, maintain filing systems, and order supplies as needed.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Communication: Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
