Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Audioptics Medical Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging travel.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our computerized information filing systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
