Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at YTR TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all activities meet the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Direct staff and oversee the preparation of reports
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries and compile data, statistics, and other information
- Provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Reliability and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
