We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at CMI Concierge & Security Inc. as a Loss Prevention Specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing regulations to maintain order and resolving conflicts, while also monitoring establishment activities. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Produce reports
  • Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts
  • Operate security control room equipment
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Closed-circuit television (CCTV) expertise
  • Audio-video surveillance experience
  • Fire safety inspection skills
  • Interviews/statement taking ability
  • Preparation of information (evidence) reports
  • Security systems/alarms consulting (residential)
Work Environment:

The work site environment is air-conditioned, and the work setting is an apartment/condominium complex. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and have excellent oral communication skills.
