We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to join our team in a multi-disciplined environment. As a key member of our Naval Development team, you will participate in requirements verification and validation, support security testing activities, and analyze and resolve issues related to multiple subsystems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop cybersecurity solutions to ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information systems on national and international programs.
- Create cybersecurity architectures and security artefacts for multiple information systems, including access control systems, network security, and continuous monitoring.
- Work in an Agile team environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical members of the engineering/management staff.
- Implement, configure, and maintain IT Security equipment, such as firewalls, content inspectors, and high assurance guards.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and personnel assigned to related work.
- Current student in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or substantially similar program.
- Understanding of Information Technology (IT) and knowledge of programming in Java and C++.
- Active Security Clearance will be considered an asset.
- Language Requirements in Quebec: Knowledge of the English language is required for this role.
