Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Leader to join our team at Right at Home. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong leadership and organizational abilities to drive business growth and success.

About the Role
  • This position will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to ensure the organization's goals are met.
  • You will coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments and represent the organization in official functions.
  • Selecting and developing middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve optimal working conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
  • Possess excellent oral communication, written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and initiative skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage large workload, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
