- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Possess excellent oral communication, written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, and initiative skills.
- Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage large workload, and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
