The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, along with current certification and relevant experience working in a senior level position in a health care environment. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and team-building skills are essential for this role.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing hospital-wide activities and programs that promote a safe and effective environment.
  • Leveraging your expertise to facilitate and implement HSN's Strategic Plan.
  • Fostering a culture that encourages staff engagement, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with our team to achieve these goals, and contribute to the development of strategic and annual operating plans. Your ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, analyze data, and prepare reports will be highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of $198,000 per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers.
