The Opportunity

As a key member of the Wajax team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of service administration and billing processes for both internal and external customers. This role requires strong customer relations skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.

The Role

  • Administration duties for the Service Department, including managing service requests, scheduling work for technicians, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer relations are top priority, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issuing and receiving of purchase orders for the service department.
  • Opening and closing of work orders, scheduling of work for technicians.
  • Timecard entry and management.
  • Warranty administration and management.

The Candidate

  • Work Experience: 2+ years of related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain, or product support operations in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, generators, and marine industry is an asset.
  • Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Person with parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial, or generator may be considered.
  • Basic understanding of business principles, including WIP, sales tracking, and other key performance indicators.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
