Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Full House Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Administrative and Financial Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food service operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work Environment
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
