Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team and lead the expansion of our Channel Partnerships across the globe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing our Channel Partners, managing Territory Managers, and driving business growth in Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our High-Pressure Pumps products through demos and client interactions.
  • Channel Partner Management: Meet and evaluate our Channel Partners to ensure alignment with our business goals.
  • Territory Manager Management: Meet and evaluate your direct reports, Territory Managers, to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute our Strategic Plan to drive business growth and expand our market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the Sales and Marketing industry.
  • Sales Meetings: Establish and run regular Sales Meetings to drive sales performance and growth.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular 1-on-1's with team members to set KPIs and drive performance improvement.
  • Tradeshows: Attend Tradeshows to promote our products and services.
  • Partner Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of strengths and weaknesses of potential Channel Partners.

Requirements

  • Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%
  • Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%
  • Languages: French and English bilingualism required; additional languages welcome.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but work experience will be considered.
  • Training: Full product training provided.
  • Travel: International travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience: At least 5 years experience in a similar role required.
  • Other Requirements: Knowledge of the management of Channel Partners.
