Sirius Personnel is a leading recruitment agency specializing in Sales and Marketing professionals in Canada. We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our direct sales and channel partners across the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and managing our channel partners, managing territory managers, and growing our business in Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage our channel partners to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage territory managers to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our business in Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and territory managers.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend tradeshows and industry events to promote our products and services.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office suite and CRM software.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but work experience will be considered.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000.
  • A bonus structure of $25,000-$30,000.
  • A car allowance and reimbursement of all travel-related expenses.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability, and matching funds RRSP.
  • Three weeks of vacation time.
  • Annual sales kick-off and company-funded activities.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be based in our Montreal office, with the possibility of working from home. The role will require international travel up to 50% of the time.
