International Sales Director

Job Summary
Sirius Personnel is a leading Recruitment Agency specializing in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Canada. We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both direct sales and a network of Channel Partners across the globe. This will involve evaluating and managing our Channel Partners, managing Territory Managers, and driving business growth in key regions, including Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage our Channel Partners to ensure optimal performance
- Manage a team of Territory Managers to drive sales growth in assigned regions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business decisions
- Establish and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Represent the company at Trade Shows and industry events
- Perform regular sales meetings and 1-on-1s with team members
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Sales and Marketing environment
- Strong Computer Skills and proficiency in Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent Presentation Skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Bilingualism in French and English is required, with additional languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000
- A bonus structure with a potential bonus of $25,000-$30,000
