Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Indigenous Banking Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth targets in Indigenous banking
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous community leaders, organizations, and businesses
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indigenous banking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and drive revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and support to Regional Managers and Commercial Banking Unit Leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge in Indigenous banking

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and revenue growth in Indigenous banking
  • Strong relationships with Indigenous community leaders, organizations, and businesses
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
