Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities, commercial units, and other partners to build business opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indigenous markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous community leaders, commercial unit leaders, and other partners to foster business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and support to Regional Managers and other team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure the bank is well-positioned to meet the needs of Indigenous customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Strong relationships with Indigenous community leaders, commercial unit leaders, and other partners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
