About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Rajkumar Rocky Homes Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Train and support staff members as required
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in Tamil language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
