About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 5-10 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and control costs.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.

Event Planning

Plan, organize, and direct events, including catering and facility use.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Suppliers and Partnerships

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and establish partnerships to enhance business operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, excellent oral communication, flexible, organized, and a team player with the ability to multitask.

Language and Work Environment

The primary language of work is French, and the work environment is a fast-paced restaurant setting.
