Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Cost Control: Develop and implement menus that are profitable and appealing to our customers, while controlling food and labor costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, such as weddings and corporate functions, to ensure that they are executed smoothly and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, proficiency in MS Office
