Restaurant Operations Manager

Field & Social Restaurants Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced urban environment, overseeing a team of 5-10 employees. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
