Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Joss Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in restaurant management software.
