Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Coast Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
