Senior Fundraising Manager

About the Role:
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the fundraising efforts for Tim Hortons Foundation Camps in the USA. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in securing funding and building relationships with corporate partners and individual donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Tims Camps USA, including identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities and deepening relationships with existing donors.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and ensure the successful execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, individual donors, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for Tims Camps USA.
- Write and submit grant proposals to secure funding from government and other sources.
- Develop and execute a donor engagement plan to build relationships and secure ongoing support from donors.
- Represent Tims Camps USA at events and meetings, as required.
Requirements:
- College or university education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Senior-level relationship management and stewardship experience required.
- Experience in grant writing and securing funding from government and other sources.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and changing priorities.
