Senior Fundraising Manager

About the Role:
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the fundraising efforts for Tim Hortons Foundation Camps in the USA. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in securing funding and building relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Tims Camps USA, including identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors, including corporate partners and individual supporters.
- Write and submit grant proposals to secure funding for Tims Camps programs and initiatives.
- Identify and execute prospective funding opportunities that align with Tims Camps goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement a donor engagement plan to steward and recognize donors and supporters.
- Represent the Foundation at events and meetings, as assigned.
Requirements:
- College or university education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, communications, or donor relations, with a focus on the not-for-profit sector.
- Senior-level relationship management and stewardship experience required.
- Proven track record in securing funding and building relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and changing priorities.
