Senior Fundraising Manager

About the Role:
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the fundraising efforts for Tim Hortons Foundation Camps in the USA. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing funding from corporate partners, government grants, and individual donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Tims Camps USA.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, including corporate partners and individual supporters.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and major gifts.
- Collaborate with the Tims Camps team to develop and implement strategic plans for donor engagement and stewardship.
- Manage and execute stewardship and recognition activities for corporate partners, individual donors, and other supporters.
- Develop and deliver partnership fulfillment packages and impact reporting.
- Ensure funding partnership activations occur as per gift agreements.
Requirements:
- College or university education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of communications, fundraising, or donor relations experience within the not-for-profit sector.
- Senior-level relationship management and stewardship experience required.
- Experience in grant writing with proven experience in securing government and other types of applicable grant funding.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and changing priorities.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Experience in budgeting and managing resources.
- Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the USA and Canada 30% of the time.
