Senior Fundraising Manager

About the Role:
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the fundraising efforts for Tim Hortons Foundation Camps in the USA. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in securing funding and building relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Tims Camps USA, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through a combination of individual and corporate fundraising efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors, including corporate partners and individual supporters.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and major gifts.
- Develop and implement a donor engagement plan to foster a sense of community and stewardship among supporters.
- Represent the Foundation at events and meetings, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure effective communication and coordination of fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Senior-level relationship management and stewardship experience, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
