About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the fundraising efforts for Tim Hortons Foundation Camps in the USA. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in securing funding and building relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for Tims Camps USA, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through a combination of individual and corporate fundraising efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors, including corporate partners and individual supporters.
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and major gifts.
  • Collaborate with the Tims Camps team to develop and implement a donor engagement plan, ensuring a high level of stewardship and recognition for our supporters.
  • Represent the Foundation at events and meetings, providing exceptional representation and advocacy for our organization.
  • Manage and execute partnership fulfillment packages and impact reporting, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • College or university education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, fundraising, or donor relations, with a focus on senior-level relationship management and stewardship.
  • Proven track record in grant writing and securing government and other types of applicable grant funding.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and changing priorities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, budgeting, and managing resources.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to travel throughout the USA and Canada 30% of the time.
