Main Responsibilities

As a Site Planning Manager at Alstom, you will be responsible for achieving and winning planning for tenders with main milestones and risks identified, with the support of the corresponding Product Line. You will ensure respect of contractual committed deliveries on time and ensure area is using standard Alstom scheduling tools with accurate data.

Global Planning

You will prepare different scenarios for the coming 36 months according to Commercial and Industrial inputs, including long term function workload, and internal and suppliers' capacity. You will ensure planning coherency between the different functions in your area, and planning synchronization with other areas/sites.

Leadership and Collaboration

You will contribute to continuous improvement about planning processes & tools and manage and animate the planners' community in your area (competencies, adequation with workload). You will set up additional specific planning local instructions under the roof of the central processes.

Requirements

10 years experience in a planning role and 5 years in a leadership position. Post graduate education (engineering) / Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur en Ingénierie. Primavera / MS Project / Leadership / Project Management. Railway systems and sub-systems / Development cycles in mobility industry.
