Director of Talent Management

At Master Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Management to lead our organization's talent management programs. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement talent management programs to drive business results
- Lead the design and implementation of recruitment and onboarding solutions, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and training and development initiatives
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership to drive organizational engagement and culture initiatives
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives to promote a culture of inclusion and respect
- Provide strategic, data-based insights and recommendations on performance and people development initiatives
- Lead the implementation of learning and growth initiatives to improve talent retention and development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and foster trust across the team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with employees and leaders at all levels
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to drive business results
