Job Summary

ISAAC Instruments is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator - Programs & Events to join our team in a hybrid role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing various programs, events, and conferences that align with our company's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programs, events, and conferences to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and manage event registration and content within our online event platform, creating a seamless experience for attendees and enhancing client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging agendas for programs, events, and conferences, fostering participation and interaction among attendees.
  • Organize presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and meetings with event speakers to facilitate active engagement and participation, ensuring diverse and enriching content.
  • Participate in content strategy development for programs, events, and conferences, collaborating with creative teams on marketing materials to effectively communicate key messages and enhance the attendee experience.
  • Work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication throughout event planning and execution, keeping attendees informed and engaged.
  • Understand ISAAC Instruments' mission and align actions with objectives, collaborating efficiently to achieve them while ensuring a balance between organizational and personal needs.
  • Demonstrate openness, flexibility, and creativity while maintaining ISAAC Instruments' standards and having the grit to overcome resistances and obstacles.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills, use logic and discernment to identify suitable solutions, and provide quality service to colleagues and clients to foster loyalty to ISAAC Instruments' culture and brand.
  • Show care and radiate authenticity with colleagues and clients while respecting ISAAC Instruments' values.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, events management, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, events management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong event planning, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and experience in budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for managing business relationships.
  • Data analysis skills for evaluating event success.
  • Project management expertise, with experience in event coordination.
  • Valid passport and driver's license.
