Fed ManuTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production activities, managing production teams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of production activities, including planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate production teams to achieve company objectives, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including implementing and maintaining quality control processes and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production efficiency problems, including analyzing data and implementing solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with production teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing, agri-food, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Education: DEP, DEC, or BAC degree.
- Language: Fluency in French and English.
- Skills: Strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
Fed ManuTech offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
