Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our crew, including shift management, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Review guest count and sales projections, complete pre-shift checklists, and manage from the observation post to ensure efficient operations.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training needs analysis, select and train crew trainers, and develop training plans to ensure crew members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Crew Management: Manage crew communication, ensure accurate scheduling, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and develop action plans to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
