Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Design and deliver programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development

  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and objective setting processes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

  • Ability to set strategic vision and direction
