Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team as a Scrum Master. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the Chief Information Officer - Project Management Office in developing an agile/hybrid framework, expanding and formalizing the agile practice, and providing assistance with organizational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transition traditional waterfall project methodology to agile/hybrid project methodology and create agile framework for project team assessments.
  • Experience as an agile coach/Scrum Master in a large organization with appropriate certification.
  • Lead IT projects and have experience with a variety of agile frameworks (e.g., Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe)).
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in agile project management.
  • Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Disciplined Agile ScrumMaster (DASM), Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)).
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.
  • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)) certification.
  • Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Developer, Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Scrum Coach, and/or Certified Scrum Professional certification.
  • Certified Junior Agile Project Manager, Certified Agile Project Manager, Certified Senior Agile Project Manager, Certified International Project Manager, and Certified Agile Project Manager IAPM certification.
  • Associate or master's Certificate in Agile Methodology.
