Role Summary
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for a driven professional to become an integral part of our Lean Agile Center of Excellence. This role is crucial in promoting and executing Agile methodologies throughout our organization, aimed at realizing benefits such as reduced time to market, enhanced productivity, improved quality, and increased employee engagement. You will be instrumental in nurturing a culture centered on continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Your collaboration will span across all organizational levels, from executive management to individual contributors, to instill Agile principles and practices that elevate productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and advocate for the Agile transformation journey across the organization, ensuring coherence between business strategy and operational execution.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at various levels to endorse Lean Agile principles and facilitate cultural transformation.
• Prepare teams for and guide them through Program Increment (PI) Planning, execution of the PI, and Inspect and Adapt sessions, while empowering them to conduct these sessions independently.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and coaching initiatives to enhance Agile capabilities and maturity within teams, ensuring they grasp the rationale behind these practices.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess Agile maturity and effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of ongoing learning and improvement through mentorship and constructive feedback, while analyzing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devising corresponding action plans.
• Assist in organizational change initiatives linked to Agile transformation.
• Address resistance to change and facilitate the seamless adoption of Agile methodologies.
Qualifications for Success
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Lean principles and as an Agile Coach within a large-scale Agile transformation context.
• Profound understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent are highly regarded.
• Familiarity with OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Desk.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
