Position Overview
Role Summary
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to become an integral part of our Lean Agile Center of Excellence. This role is essential in promoting and executing Agile methodologies throughout our organization, aiming for enhanced speed to market, improved productivity, elevated quality, and a more engaged workforce. You will be instrumental in nurturing a culture centered on continuous improvement, teamwork, and innovation. Collaborating with various teams, from executive leadership to individual contributors, you will help instill Agile principles and practices that drive productivity, efficiency, and superior business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and advocate for the Agile transformation initiative across the organization, ensuring that business strategies align with execution
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to endorse Lean Agile principles and facilitate cultural shifts
• Prepare teams for Program Increment (PI) Planning, oversee the execution of the PI, and guide them in conducting Inspect and Adapt sessions independently
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and coaching activities to enhance Agile capabilities and maturity within teams, while clarifying the rationale behind these practices
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess Agile maturity and effectiveness
• Promote a culture of ongoing learning and improvement through mentorship and constructive feedback, analyzing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and formulating action plans accordingly
• Assist in organizational change initiatives associated with Agile transformation
• Address resistance to change and facilitate the seamless adoption of Agile methodologies
Qualifications for Success
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Lean principles and as an Agile Coach within a large-scale Agile transformation setting
• Profound understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent are preferred
• Familiarity with OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Desk
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
