Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of event sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Lead and motivate a team of event sales specialists to achieve individual and team goals
  • Work closely with HR and other team members to support hiring and training initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between event specialists and operating departments to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Monitor guest reactions and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and exceed guest expectations
  • Seek new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and revenue
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in event sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales growth and leadership experience
  • Advanced written and spoken French language skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of menu development and event planning
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in making daily business decisions
